- Camel Toe threw a wrench into Kramerica’s postseason aspirations with a 20-point drubbing. Kramerica cannot get past Camel Toe, who is now 4-0 all-time against the Seinfeld-inspired squad. Camel Toe has played every team in PFFL at least once except for Post Mortem (and that will be resolved in week 13). Kramerica is the only one of those 12 teams that has never beaten Camel Toe (only CSPJ has had as many chances – 4 – as Kramerica to do it).
- DDT kept SaaBB from locking up the East division title with a 14-point win. For SaaBB, this is now 3 straight losses. For DDT, this keeps their postseason hopes alive. Following the season split, DDT leads the all-time matchup, 8-3.
- Double D rebounded from their loss to TJM last week with an 11 point win over CSPJ. DD has won 3 straight in this series, and leads it, 3-1. CSPJ beat DD in 2004, 75.2 – 35.8, in what must be DD’s lowest scoring output ever.
- In a game befitting their long-standing rivalry, The Jedi Masters snuck by Post Mortem in a high-scoring affair, 105.33 – 103.27. This is the 7th time in 17 meetings that the loser has scored more than 100 points. For TJM, this also gains some level of revenge for their only loss this season (way back in week 2). PM still leads the career matchup, 9-8. This is the fifth season that TJM and Post have been in the same division, and the fifth time where that has resulted in a split of the regular season series.
- TKD won a division game. Yep, it took them 8 tries, but they finally got it done, beating Hedfullalicker by 50 to earn a split of their season series. TKD leads the all-time matchup by a dominant 10-3 margin.
- SIAP played 2007′s worst PFFL squad, Turd Ferguson, and cemented their place as Central division champion and #2 playoff seed with a 60+ point win. The win gives SIAP the season sweep and a 9-6 all-time series lead.
- The Hip stayed alive in the playoff hunt with an upset win over WBM by 1.61 points. (WBM and Post Mortem are the most eager stat change seekers this week). The win earned The Hip a season split with WBM, and maintained their all-time advantage, 7-4.
Records and Milestones – Jedi Edition (again)
- The Jedi Masters became the first team since 1997 to win 12 games in the regular season. They have a shot next week to become the first ever team to record 13.
- Turd Ferguson, meanwhile, is tied with 10 other teams in second place on the most regular season losses list. They can move into 2nd place on the list by themselves with a loss in week 14, but they can’t catch WNFL’s 13-loss record set in 2004.
- The Jedi Masters’ 1435 points are already the 7th highest single season total in PFFL history. They need to scored 113.05 points in week 14 to record the highest single season scoring total ever.
- The Jedi’s 11-game winning streak is tied with TKD’s 1997 run as the longest victory streak all-time.
- SIAP picked up their third-ever division crown this week, tied for second most behind the Jedi Masters’ 5.
The Jedi Masters opened up a 7-point lead over SaaBB in the PFFL Survivor finals, 105.33 – 98.47.
