Everyone is paid, we had a great draft and it’s almost time for real football.
Some links you may want to bookmark and/or take action on as you get ready for the season:
http://www9.myfantasyleague.com/2009/home/28966 – this year’s PFFL site on myFantasyLeague. Hopefully this one is not a surprise to you.
http://mflhistory.com/leaguehistory.php?id=12 – the PFFL MFL History site. All the records are here.
If you are in multiple myFantasyLeague leagues and/or you want a more fully-featured live scoring application, you HAVE to check this out. It’s free from MFL and is pretty much all I have open on Sundays. If you already have the GameDay app installed, make sure to go to the Options tab and update the program for 2009 — and then, add your leagues.
http://www.waymorefunner.com/pffl/ – the PFFL Waymorefunner site. The primary things you’ll want to check out on this site:
- PFFL Survivor
- PFFL Finance Report (note, for those of you with extra money carried over, this report does NOT show that)
- Franchise Ratings
- Later in the season: Division Races and Wild Card Races
And, of course, be sure to check out this blog throughout the season for previews, recaps, and pictures of hot chicks, like Diane Kruger, who was in Inglorious Basterds.
Summerfest is over, Independence Day is in the past, and fantasy football magazines have been on the bookshelves for at least 6 weeks. That means it’s time for the 2009 PFFL 1st Round Draft Spot Selection Process (PFFL1RDSSP) to begin.
The NFL has released it’s opening weekend and Thanksgiving primetime matchups. Over the next week or so, the rest of the primetime matchups will be announced with the full schedule due to come out in roughly mid-April, I assume.
