The sixth annual Kiwanis BrewFest was a raging success, as these photos can only begin to attest. With over 700 tickets sold and a new floor plan spanning two levels, this was our biggest event yet. |

| Mexico in Milwaukee | |

Some friends were going to get married in Cancun in late October. That also happened to be the time that Hurricane Wilma planned her visit to Mexico. Since it hit Cancun about four days before the wedding date, the couple chickened out and cancelled the beachside ceremony. That left a bunch of us with a vacation Friday that needed to be spent somehow. So, we decided to make believe we were in Mexico, starting off with some margaritas and Mexican food. We continued on to a couple of other locations until we ended up at the Costume Contest piano bar finale. The evening was a lot of fun. My recovery for the rest of the weekend? Not so much.  |

| Nephew Halloween! | |

These pictures were actually taken by my sisters. They show all of my nephews in their Halloween outfits this year. Little Jacob is turning into quite the smiler, while Brendon showcased his love of Star Wars and Jack spent the day in orange.
The little girl in the overalls is the child of a friend of my sisters I think. |

I was home for a Packer game in early October (the one they won actually) and stopped by to visit with Julie, Kirk and the kids. Took a couple pictures of the boys too. |

| Badger Road Trip to Minnesota | |

It had probably been about two years since I had last seen Jeff, Katie, Scott and Michelle; but luckily we were all able to get together for the Wisconsin vs Minnesota game this year. I didn’t take many pictures, unfortunately, but here are a few of us in our nosebleed seats (no complaints since we saw the stunning comeback just as well from there as we would have in the front row) and then afterwards at the bars in Minneapolis. |
