			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://www.twitter.com"><img src='http://www.waymorefunner.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2007/12/twitter.png' alt='twitter.png' align=right /></a>I&#8217;ve resisted the urge to get in on the <a href="http://www.twitter.com">Twitter</a> bandwagon for quite a while. But with fantasy football season over and a bit of a holiday break, I decided to give it a whirl.</p>
<p>So far, my impressions:</p>
<ul>
<li>It&#8217;s incredibly addictive. With the ability to update it via IM, text message or the web, it&#8217;s tempting to update it almost constantly.</li>
<li>I have absolutely no idea why anyone would want to hear about my life to this level of detail</li>
<li>There&#8217;s a pretty slick collection of widgets available to display your current twitter status on other websites. For example, check out the top of the right-hand column here to see my latest Twitter activity, plus a link to <a href="http://www.twitter.com/prpost">my page</a>.</li>
</ul>
<p>My next step in this experiment will likely be trying to find some detail on people who are <em>twittering</em> successfully in some way that&#8217;s interesting to follow.</p>
