<li><a href="http://testkitchensecrets.cookinglight.com/tks/2009/02/nut-butters.html">Homemade Nut Butters</a> &#8211; I probably eat peanut butter and toast for 4 of 7 breakfasts a week. Making my own without any of the preservatives sounds like an awesome alternative.</li>
